What is the typical lead time for order processing?
Most orders for in-stock fabrics and materials are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom printed fabrics or specialized hardware may require additional processing time as noted on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our technical textiles worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the rolls and your specific destination.
Can I return fabric that has already been cut?
We only accept returns on full-roll or unopened items in their original condition. Once fabric has been cut to your specific yardage request or altered, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How do I choose the right weight for my project?
Fabric weight is measured in ounces per square yard (osy) or Denier. For lightweight apparel, look for 1.1 oz options; for heavy-duty packs or gear, we recommend 400D to 1000D materials. Detailed spec sheets are available for every product.
Are your fabrics waterproof or water-resistant?
We offer a variety of coatings including PU, Silnylon, and DWR finishes. Please check the 'Technical Specs' tab on each product page to see the specific hydrostatic head rating and water-resistance level.
