At Ripstop by the Roll, we want to ensure you have the highest quality technical fabrics for your gear projects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, uncut materials within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your fabrics to prevent creasing and place them in the original shipping bag or a similar durable mailer along with your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to ensure they remain in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
